The inspiration to create this new watch within the Oceaneer collection was to create a performance bred watch that had a classic look. We always want our Adina Oceaneers to feel and look at home equally at the beach or in the boardroom. Versatility and functionality is the key as an Adina Oceaneer.
Aside from the standard Adina Oceaneer features of cold stamped stainless steel case and bracelet construction, sapphire crystal and of course being rated 100m water resistant this model has some very cool features. Being an automatic watch the first thing you will notice is the opening in the dial. Through this window the balance wheel is exposed so you are able to watch the pulsing heart of the watch. The ‘Clous de Paris’ stamping pattern dial itself adds a classical touch as do the simple Arabic numerals. A calendar dial occupies the 9’oclock position whilst mirrored at 3 is a power reserve gauge which shows how many hours your watch will run, were you to take it off.
This Adina Oceaneer is going to have broad appeal. The millennials will love the mechanics, The Gen X and Y will go for it, to add to a discerning watch collection probably for a milestone stone birthday or event, whilst the boomers will love the functionality and its classical lines. Of course the exposed balance is going to be a hit and price will also play a part, this a very affordable mechanical watch.
